ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Seeking a detail-oriented individual with good communication skills
or nonprofit org. serving people with autism.  The position is based
in midtown Manhattan.

Responsibilities include:  assisting with preparation for meetings,
office management, reception backup, screening and responding to phone
calls, emails, and mail, maintaining the contacts database, paper and
computer files, assist with fundraising events which include Broadway
and baseball themes.

2+ years of experience, strong MS Office skills, website maintenance and desktop publishing a plus
