Where In Astoria Do You Live?
« on: January 26, 2007, 05:39:17 PM »
I'm curious as to where in Astoria everyone lives.  Are there more people on the board from the Ditmars area, from Central Astoria, from Southern Astoria, are there more from East of the elevated tracks or closer to the river.  Just curious!  I know people have stated where they're living in other threads, but I'd be interested in seeing a thread about where we are in our own community.

I'm at 34th Street and Broadway myself.

Upper Ditmars, but associate "my town" as ditmars and 31st area...
When I'm about to do something, I ask myself "would an idiot do that" and if the answer is yes, I do not do that thing.

Me too!  I've probably seen you around, but wouldn't know it, as we haven't met yet.

(OT, sorta)
Um don't know your situation, or if Steinway is too far from 31st for you, but my roommate is moving out soon-ish (1.5 months). I'll post the link to my craigslist listing in the apts thread when I actually post it (next weekend probably). Let the madness begin!

Crescent Street and 30th Road. I love the quiet, tree-lined streets, the shopping and all the restaurants that deliver.
