Office Assistant needed for Astoria Real Estate office

We're a small office located in Astoria (Queens) in the Ditmars Area and would like someone who is local from the neighborhood and knows there way around.
 We are seeking a part-time office assistant who has knowledge of the Internet, and can get around html, blogs and social networks. They should have excellent organizational skills, and must have the ability to follow direction YET have no problem with taking on a challenge on their own.

We would like an experienced person with FLEXIBLE hours and MUST be able to work weekends. Saturdays and Sundays are very important.
 Being that we are a small company, we're looking for someone who enjoys & has no problem working as part of a team and is self motivated.

*A big plus if you have experience in Real Estate
 - Website Development (a plus)
 - Bi-lingual (a plus but not a must)

*REMEMBER*..... We're looking for someone from the neighborhood, IF YOU DON'T LIVE IN ASTORIA, PLEASE DO NOT REPLY !!!!!
