where to recycle plastic grocery bags?

Anyone know of a store or other place in Astoria that has a recycling bin for plastic grocery bags (like they have at Whole Foods)? Thanks!

Some CVS's have this. The one on the corner of Ditmars and 31st for sure.

KEY FOOD on 31st Street has one by the automatic checkout.
