running/gym

I run about 3-4 times a week in the morning and go to the gym (Planet Fitness) on alternate days. I usually go between 530-6am to get it out of the way. Let me know if anyone else wants to join in on the fun  :smiley:

How fast do you go and for how long?

It really depends but I'm no faster than an 8 min pace so basically between 8-10 min miles. I usually do four-five and long runs on the weekend, but nothing crazy yet.

Probably a little faster than I'm going right now, I'm going 10-11mm. But we do have some other early morning crazies in our running club.
