Thanks for posting this. I'll be sure and spread it around some more. (email, facebook, twitter, etc)

I just wish more people were at the very least aware of the perspective he presents.

Quote
The House on Friday passed legislation to head off a government shutdown next week by temporarily extending spending on most federal programs at current levels —

but at the same time boosted the office budgets
of lawmakers by more than 8 percent.

The House passed the measure by a 217-190 vote. It would keep the government running for another month and also patches over problems in the financially struggling Postal Service and funds soon-to-expire highway programs for another month as well.

I believe the Postal Service is considered one example of a govt. program option, like a proposed health 'option'.

As we get closer to 2010 elections, I can not recommend enough the very solid information from:

"The Concord Coalition is dedicated to educating the public about the causes and consequences of federal budget deficits, the long-term challenges facing America's unsustainable entitlement programs, and how to build a sound economy for future generations."

Yeah, Bill Moyers  should know about living at the public trough, he has made a career  out of it.   Seriously, there is  no 'leader'  of the Tea Party movement, anymore than when Communists  who organised the  so-called 'anti-war'  movements from the 60's  on can be all catagorised as being Communists.

I guess this is how it works. Bill Moyer's does a hit piece on Dick Armey, but addresses none of the concerns brought to the table. By showing that Dick Armey has been a long time recipient of public health care, all of should naturally be in favor of everyone receiving public health care.
